What This Page Is​

Applied AI Society exists to walk people through the process of building their own Personal Agentic OS: an AI system that knows who you are, what you are building, and how you think, and gets sharper every day you use it.

We call that getting Jarvised. A hat tip to Tony Stark and the suit that multiplied him.

What “Getting Jarvised” Actually Means​

A Jarvis is the next layer up from ChatGPT. ChatGPT in a browser tab is the floor. Almost everyone has it. A Jarvis is what almost no one has yet, and what is starting to define the gap between people operating at one speed and people operating at ten times that speed.

Concretely, your Jarvis:

  • Lives on your laptop. It is yours. Not a SaaS subscription, not a chatbot owned by someone else.
  • Knows your context. Your projects, your decisions, your voice, your files, your history. It is grounded in your operational reality, not the average of the internet.

  • Is built on open primitives. Claude Code, Hermes, or whichever harness fits you best. We teach the harness, not the wrapper, so your skills transfer to whatever the frontier looks like in 12 months.

The Three Paths​

Pick the one that matches where you are.

1. Come to a public workshop​

Applied AI Society runs the Supersuit Up workshop regularly. Capped at 20 people. Currently in Austin and rolling out to more cities as new chapters spin up.

In 3.5 hours you build your own Jarvis from scratch and walk out with a working system on your laptop. Founders, operators, consultants, business owners, pastors, students. Bring your laptop, a real strategic problem, and a willingness to think out loud.

2. Bring a Supersuit Up workshop to your group​

If a public workshop doesn't fit your timing or context, organize a small group from your network (team, friends, community, church) and an Applied AI Society practitioner will host an in-person or online Supersuit Up workshop just for them. Reach out via the AAS Discord to line it up.

These group sessions are some of the most joyful work in the practice. Everyone leaves with a working Jarvis and a shared reference point for the next month of conversations in your group.

3. Self-serve from the open-source playbook​

The full Supersuit Up workshop is published openly on this docs site. Read it tonight. Build it tomorrow.

A guided online course is launching mid-May for people who want the self-paced version with structure, companion videos, and office hours. Until then, fair warning: it is genuinely hard to make it all the way through the playbook alone without an instructor next to you when you hit edge cases. Most people are best served by paths 1 or 2. But the playbook is yours, no gatekeeping, ever. That is the AAS commitment to permissionless knowledge.
